A village split by Spain's longest medieval bridge — site of the famous 1434 chivalric Paso Honroso.

A short history

In the Holy Year of 1434, the knight Suero de Quiñones held the bridge for a month against all comers to win his lady's love. The 19-arch Puente del Paso Honroso still stretches 200 metres across the Órbigo.
